:8: Bought a dirt bike last Saturday and took the bed panels off to transport it back to the crib. Well after we got the bike unloaded, i proceed to put the panels back on and panel 2 would not lock in place. After about an hour and numerous beers (back and forth because I wanted to test out the dirt bike), I decided to grab the manual and see just what in the heck I was doing wrong. Looks like this AV newbie had panels 3 and 1 mixed. I felt like an AZZ! Moral to the story RTFM! :E:

I've tried to do that also... I finally figured out that the front panel next to the midgate has 4 locking handles... :0:.. Works much better up there ;D

I just found out my Av has a midgate.....who knew? I like it even more now.

First you tell me the bed panels come off and now there's a mid gate? Next your gonna probably try to tell me that window comes out too!!! like that would ever happen.

Or that you can have the midgate down while leaving the window in.

Ran accross a Chevy sales guy (no surprise here) and an AV owner, who did not know this was possible.
