Just read in the Business sec of my paper The Record
"GM the largest automaker led the way with a 22 % increase from a year ago. Sales of trucks such as the Silverado and Avalanche and the GMC Sirra were up 30% Car sales were up by 12.3 %" 12/3/03

Just some good news From Glenn Enkei Avalanche

That is good news!

I suspect with the 2004 WBH's flowing out the door of the factory that the AV's will continue to provide a large portion of those increased truck sales. ;D

Seems all dealers in my area are being very agressive.....huge ad budgets....seems they trying to unload 2003 and 2004 before year end...

Heck I hear of peeps getting out of 3 year leases after 2 years.....with no penalties...

YGMN,

Agressive ain't the word for it! My SO could have gotten a Silver 2004 AV WHB, with everything mine has on it but the XM Radio, for right at 3K more than the Trailblazer I bought her. That is "turn key."

Why didn't she buy the AV? Both the damn things won't fit in the garage! :E:

On the upside, she loves the Trailblazer, guy I know at the dealership says they sell more of um to women than they do men all the time, and after I took it out and "trained" the puter, as I did with the AV, she is driving with big smiles. >:D

Seems there is a little more in that six and tranny just like the 5.3 and tranny. Just have to teach the puter a little different driving style. >:D

A friend of mine has a Trailblazer. She is always complaining about how it is so big to maneuver around in. Guess she's not woman enough to handle it. My wife drives the Av every day and has no problems!
