The only one I have found listed for the Av is the one listed in the Chevrolet Avalanche accessories. Anyone know of any other source?

 oh i like what i am seeing.... oh yeah... very much so. i love the two tone av in the middle.

note that the gold(orange) av has the new av bodykit on it... pretty cool stuff for a nice price tag.

that and the lifted black av is on sale on ebay right now. >:D

Cannon, ?That bed X-Tender is from Amp Research. ?They are the manufacturer for GM Accesories. Amp Research
xtender02.jpg

They are also the maker of the Billet Fuel Door. ?Give them a call and talk to Helena or Harry. ?Its ?a super handy addition. Nice for when you have the gate closed but dont want stuff to fly all over the bed... like in the pic there.

The only problem is that the product is licensed to Chevrolet. The Chevy parts counter is the only place you can buy one.

There is no Av application listed on the Westin site. I emailed AMP and received this response from Harry Leitner;

"The Bed Extender for the Avalanche is only available thru your Chevy dealer! It's a special application that is not available aftermarket!"

Thats too funny cause I just got off the phone with Helena and she said it was available through them or Westin. Also Im sure that their full size application will work on the Av because the width is adjustable and the brackets are universal. But who knows maybe it is a special app. and is only available through the dealer. Whatever the case its a mint addition to the truck!

I think the difference is the angle that the bars taper down to for bed clearance. The Av needs a little more room. Did you buy one?

Ya its probably a special design to accomadate the Av bed.

Amp Research sponsored my Avalanche for SEMA so we displayed the Bed X-Tender. Are you serious about buying one?

Yep, if the price is right.!

Great! I appreciate it! BTW, How is you cladding treatment holding up?

The cladding is holding up OK. Not recommended though unless you are going to use an adhesion promoter and do it right. Without the adhesion promoter this surface application appears to chip and scratch easily. Touch up is easy enough but I think we are looking for something more permanent. We still want to go smooth with the entire truck... Like the 2 Tone Orange in the pics.

Wow nice pics, Heck NICE TRUCKS!

Now if I had seen that 2 tone before I painted mine. Mine would be one heck more of a 2 tone than it is >:D

Sik Av have you sold that visor yet?

HEY SikAV,COULD YOU LET ME KNOW WHAT KIND OF GRAPHICS THOSE ARE,AND MAYBE EVEN WHERE I CAN GET THEM FROM?PLEEEEAAAZ!
