silver ...........amber parking lights bulbs? have you seen them.

was surfing ebay the other day and found a parking light replacement bulb that is silver when off, but glows amber when illuminated. has anyone seen these in action. the silver bulbs eliminate the amber effect when the bulbs are off and give you a totally clear look (when turned off). i only am thinking about them because my bulbs look milky when on, but are only noticeable during the daylight. i bought replacements (sylvania), and they look milky too. i thinking about these............ hmmmmmmm.

i have seen them in the store. never actually in use. actually i think i did see them in a members truck. they were not on though.

I have these for my DRL's .They look great off , and are way brighter than stock bulbs. Picked them up at Schucks,saw them at G.I. joes too.

APC makes the silver bulbs.

Silverstars still have the amber tint to them.
