If I purchased my Av November 17th, 2001, was I elegible for the Ski Chevy Program? :-[ Where can I find out for sure?

Tim:

When did you take delivery? I think you are eligible but I don't want to get you spun up on that. If you were and the dealer didn't make you aware I'd raise hell and make sure I got the 2003 season passes (especially with the oil burning problem you're having).

Sadly the Ski Chevy site has taken all of their info down - the part I'm not sure on is the date it started. I know the eligible purchase window started in November - but November what I don't know.

-----------------

OK I had an idea and did some digging. I don't have the gospel for you - but the site contest started November 15, 2001 and ended February 28, 2002. I'd say you were eligible my friend. Here is the CACHED paged (you can run but can't hide) off of Google.

Good luck!

For the Archives:

Dear Tim: The Ski Chevy promotion runs November 1st through February 28th each calendar year in participating areas.

To be eligible for the Ski Chevy season pass offer, customers need to purchase and take delivery of an eligible vehicle between November 1st and February 28th.

The offer is only good in participating areas, and customers need to be a resident of specific counties to be eligible.

If you would like more information on the eligible vehicles and counties in your area, you can call Ski Chevy Program Headquarters at 1-877-574-0360.

Ahhh, the wild card might be living in an elgibile state/county

Dig into it man. If you were suppose to receive the incentive I would big time in kick in my heels and fight to get it for 2003. I'm sure you're not the only person in the country that bought a GM and didn't get the deal.

I got my season passes, and I got my AV on November 12th 2001...but then I live 40 miles from a participating ski area...

Didn't even have to Female Dog... dealer is giving me a bed tent and six free oil changes to make up for it. ;D

Also - with this post, I think I just hit the CAFCNA "Century Club"!

Being a skier - I'd rather have the lift tickets.

However, I'm very happy to hear your dealer is making good. Bed tent ehhhh - that's pretty cool...

I know, I know... but my family has grown and it's a lot harder to get away for ski trips. Please don't ask me how many times I've been able to use my 205cm Salomon Super Force 92S'. Luckily, my friend's sister works for Salomon and I got them for a song.
