The short blackout was brought to you by Chief and his attempt to install an upgraded chat engine. The offending file required some hand coding on my part and well, it just didn't go as planned.
If there are any resident PERL experts who want to try and assist let me know, I think this is a better engine, hosted on our server, and will solve a lot of the ICQ problems we have...
