Thanks to ALL that helped...I have a like new set of Silverado SS 20s on the way and I am going to order a set of Goodyear Forteras tomorrow!
I have researched and researched and I think for my driving and the money, this is the way to go. I will be driving the 'lanche in the Winter with the 20s on so I need a tire that is good in the wet, the snow AND the dry and according to Goodyear, the Fortera is better than the LSs and the GT IIs.
I looked at ALL the other brands and even though many would be superior in the dry, they fall short in either the wet, the snow or both (according to owners I have asked)
I appreciate ALL the responses here!
Thanks again and I'll report on how the "driving feel" changes with the upgrade from 17s to 20s.
