Once again I have a stupid question but does anyone know in which direction the water drains when your sunroof leaks? Does it follow down the A pillars? Mine as leaked from day one and have put it on a small list of things for dealer to do. I still got 2 yrs on warranty and the truck is covered most of the time.

I thought it drained down all 4 corners??

I think it drains down the A pillar on the driver's side.

Someone posted a drawing of it here not too long ago.
Sorry I don't remember exactly where.
My memory just ain't what it used to be.

Well, when it leaks, the water can drain and drip just about anywhere.

There is a drain pan all around the sunroof opening, with drains in all four corners. From each corner there is a drain hose. These hoses run down the A pillars (between windshield and front door) on both sides, and down the B pillars (between front and back doors) on both sides.

When everything is working properly, any leakage past the sunroof glass should be caught by the drain pan, and should drain out these hoses to the outside of the truck below the floor.

I guess GoldBowTie was posting at the same time I was tpying.

That picture is straight out of the service manual, and shows the front drain very nicely. On the next page there is a similar picture of the rear drain, the one in the B pillar. In both cases, the pictures only show the left side drains, but the text indicates that they both also run down the right side.
