"foster" would be a local dealer (toronto) .. the Av probably had bid decals or something
I saw a "Caddy AV" ( 
) when I was rolling thru Brampton. Managed to get the guys attention, but he was three lanes over and there was no way we could chat. Nifty rig, some sort of burgandy color. There was some sort of business decal on it as well, I think maybe an auto parts shop or something.
