Let us know if there is any interest and what you guys think of the pricing. ?Anyone have any experience with these?

mission is organizing this for us ;D

Hey Goo,

Do you have any pics/prices of the black powder coat? ???

For those of ya that want to know, yes they do make a black powder coat model just like the stainless. I talked to the rep. today and he said it is still in production and will be out shortly. As far as price he will email me with the info. :)

Does anyone have any information on how this grill guard is mounted? I know that the GM brush guard requires cutting the cladding. I doesn't appear to be the case with this grill guard.

Hmm, their web site states "easy no drill installation", but it would be cool to hear from someone who's already installed this.

I'd love to go for this, but the Av BARELY fits in the garage without grill guards :6:

:0: Does anyone know if their grill guards work on the 2500? Might be worth adding onto the garage.

From what i understand about the installation of this grill is that there is no cutting involved. Also i asked about the tow hooks if we would lose them since this is where it appears the grill guard is mounted. The answer i got was that the tow hooks would still be there and that they would still be functual. I will find out if this will also fit the 2500. I have one on order but will probably be two weeks before i get it since they have just come out. ;D

THis is the best looking ones I have seen so far. When the black ones are available, I am definitly in........

Interesting. I'm gonna have to investigate what the black powercoat looks like. The silver doesn't do anything for me.

The black powder coat are made exactly like the stainless except there black. I was told it would probably be about 8 weeks before these are available. One of the reps says for 10 sales he would do free shipping. Here's are the prices for the black one's.
Grill Guard 388.95, Bull Bar 312.95, Skid Tubes 166.95 I have one more different contact to do Monday and see if there is a better price available. :)

I have talked with a different distributer today about a different group buy for the tal & hadas grill guards which will be available in a couple of weeks. Instead of having to get 10 orders we can order 1-10 orders for 599.95 plus free shipping for the stainless. These usually run for 626.00 plus shipping. The powder coat will be available in about 4 weeks for 388.95 and free shipping also. The bull bar and skid plates are also available. If over 10 orders is possible there will be a better discount. If anybody has any interest let me know. This offer will only be available for chevyavalanchefanclub members. ;D

Mission,

I'll second that (y)

Count me in as a very firm... maybe ??? on the stainless grill guard. It would be nice to exceed the 10 orders and get a even better price.
Got to tell the CFO (wife) I found my upcomming b-day present ;D

For the one's that wanted to know about the grill guards for the 2500 series, here is what the factory rep. told me today. They will be offered for the 2500 but not till after November. The grill is the same as the 1500 but they have to remodify the brackets to work. Hope this helps you all. If i can help in any way just let me know. :)

Mission,
I am now in for 2 of the stainless front guards. We brought home a new baby (03 1500 Z71) last night and it needs some accessories too!

Can you also check on their plans for the 76mm stainless side steps for the Avy? The ones shown on the Ford in the link on the 1st post look interesting .

Thanks!

This I exactly what I was look for >:D. I'm in on this and I would like the Black Grill Guard. I do have a few quick questions:

1) Is this all one piece?
2) Where can I get the lights for this too?

I'm also interested in those nerf bars and I was also wondering along with that what does there tail light guards look like on the Av too.

I finaly ordered mine but I didn't get in stainless. Just so all of you know the the prices the Goo put up where for the stainless steel. They gave me the prive that Auto Seattle was selling them for plus no shipping and handling. I can't wait to get it. I also ordered Nerf bas from them. I'm the kind of guy that just likes to put all of his eggs in one basket. I'm still Debating on the Street Screen that is being sold on Truck Performance. I'm still not sure if I want to get the rear bumper guard by Tal & Hadas too. There is one thing that I need to do and that is to replace my front cladding on my Avalanche cause it is banged up from hitting a concrete pylon and hitting some construction cones. I can't wait for them to come in >:D

Let's see some pics when you get it installed.

I'll post them when I get them. They are supposed to be shiped on 2/14, but the side steps are back ordered 4 to 5 weeks.

I got them in. I crammed the grill guard into my 93 Chevy Lumina Z34. That was a challenge getting it in there. I had them delivered to work so I didn't have my truck to pick them up and I didn't want to wait a day to take them home so I crammed it in my car. I'm glad the grill guard is round or it would not have fit. I should take a pic before I pull it out. But, knowing me I'll for get. I'll post a pic once I get it on. I'm just waiting on some other parts too before I put it on. I need a new front bumper cladding peice so that is what I'm waiting on.

Thanks,
Adam

Sorry it has taken me so long, but I finaly got those pics tell me what you think.
