I finally picked my rims and ordered them .. Today they arrived .. thanks to Joe "The Rock" Of Race-Tech In Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He got me the best price and the service is second to none once again (y) (y) ;)I would also like to thank Yak, who when i found some American Racing Ravens told me he would be honoured (y) if i was to chose the same shoes ;D ... But ... I decided to go with another shoe :D The American racing Maxim.. 20x8.5....  .. They get rubber in the morning .. spent the evening polishing them up .. only to have them instaled and drive to the falls in what looks like rain for a committee meeting .. Well i will get to test the wet weather traction of the GY gt'2s 285/50/20 :D>> These are a some of the picks I have so far of the Birth of MY rims!!!!!

All loaded up and ready to be taken for a nice wax and polish job before they get installed .. A special thankyou to my sons who helped with huge smiles i might add in the waxing process.. They did think it was much that I wanted the nuts waxed though ??? ???I will post picks of the rest of the process tomorrow evening...

I dont understand the whole Canadian purchase plan ( taxes and whatever) but they are actually pretty affordable in on the other side of the border. I got mine for $150 a piece shipping included.

How is the weather where you live? Are you going to be able to leave them on year around?

Nope they will be a summer thing .. No snow on these babbys .. Back to stock when the salt i mean snow flys ..

That sucks. They salt about twice a year around here. Everything shuts down so I just sit at home anyway.
