Made it back at about 1400 hours, friends... 

Sorry for the no "Good-Byes" but I woke early and ducked out.  I'm not one for the mush "so longs"...

ANYWAY, it was terrific seeing everyone again.  BTW, the Ghost Machine made 29.7 MPG from door to door, included the uh, how shall I say....  "high speed demonstration" tests....  Hey MO, you recover from that yet?  >:D 

(for those who missed it,  the new Ghost Machne is a fine GM product...  a two double-ought seven.... Corvette.....

Thanks for a great time folks.  I missed y'all.

I AM still recovering Dunc! I just filled Mike in on the new plan to get a vette.... you silly boys can keep your s/c trucks...they got NUTHIN on the vette (wasnt it 97mph in 3rd gear :eek:)? Thanks so much for the ride! It was great to meet you finally... 29mpg??? well dont be a stranger then and make it up here to NEFL for some lunches ...I cant wait for another ride :woot:

It was cool following Raceman for a bit. I'm home safe also and the hood has been delivered ...to bad it wasn't mine  :beating:
 
We made it home safely, I have to say it was an honor to spend time with you ALL!!!!  We had a blast and sooooooo look forward to the next one, oh and BTW Mo no more drunk dialing either!!!

We made it home at 4:00 PM after a short stop at my parents house.  We really had a great time and enjoyed meeting new members and seeing old friends. It was truly an honor leading the way on the Saturday night River street cruise. Really an awesome sight seeing 43 AV's in my rearview mirror. Hope everyone esles makes it home safe and make its too the next GTG safe as well.

We got home around 5 pm. Had to let my husband drive the other half so I can have a nap. We had more than a great time. Thanks to all of you members. You all made me feel really welcome as a Lady AV owner. The rest of my family had a blast to.

I really enjoyed seeing old friends and meeting new ones! ? :wave:

My daughter has decided on a lite kit for my AV - one slightly different then any of the ones she saw at STI IV - I haven't figured out were she's going to get the money? ?It is a really nice thought though!! ? :love:

Safely home, and to all those who know why I bailed so quick this morning, everything appears to be fine. If I didn't say goodbye, it wasn't personal, I just had to run fast.....according to laptop, avg speed returning home was 101mph!
 
Made it home around 4:30pm. Oh and btw...the Nav route took me through the getto!! Should have listened.  >:D

It was a pleasure meeting everyone. Mike, great to meet you,Mo (Sorry I cut you off on the way back from the cruisel), Shayne and Heidi, I'll be up in your neck of the woods soon!!! DUNE - Your AV is still the baddest I have seen. Keep it up!!! I could go on for a couple of hours, but I'll just say it was my pleasure, thank you, and I'll see you all soon.

since its gonna be a week before i get home (leaving here tomorrow, stopping in Tallahassee FL to visit a friend, Fort Walton Beach for a lil trick-or-treating with my daughter, then who knows after that, I'll still have 4 more days off), I'll say my thanks' now.


I'm not even gonna start trying to name names.  Thank you to everyone who showed up and made this STI a success.  great to see the old friends and equally as nice to meet the new folks.  for those who deserve a special thanks from me, I'm sure you know who you are...thank you for making this GTG a sucessful one.

If there's anyone who was here that ever needs anything (within the law or within reason  :beating: )  feel free to ask.  I'll be happy to help all I can.

For those who missed this one, you missed a great one.

See ya'll next year, if not before.
