Cori and i finally bought a new house. its 3100 SF ranch on a half acre lot. We will have a house party GTG at the end of the month. here are a few pics

why the cinder block walls around the yard? ....  why not a small fence or picket fence?

Being from the east coast originally, I like the block walls. Easy to have a doggie door and let the dogs have more room to roam between the house and yard while we are at work.

Nice house, since you are so far north i have a snowblower forsale if you can use it  :laugh: :laugh: my in laws live in Tucson and now that i am retired my wife is thinking of moving out in the Tucson area.
Two years ago we were visiting this time of year and it was raining in Tucson and snowing up on Mt.Lemon, hard to believe but true as mt lemon is at about 8000 feet and Tucson were the in laws live in the foot hills it's 2000 ft

That can happen between flagstaff and the valley too. If you guys end up moving out, make sure to let us know. We can have a welcome to tuscon gtg for you.
