Nice house...it is cool that you can fit the AV in there.......forget the grass. It looks like it is level so just lay pavers down.

Being from the east coast originally, I like the block walls. Easy to have a doggie door and let the dogs have more room to roam between the house and yard while we are at work.

Nice house, since you are so far north i have a snowblower forsale if you can use it  my in laws live in Tucson and now that i am retired my wife is thinking of moving out in the Tucson area.
Two years ago we were visiting this time of year and it was raining in Tucson and snowing up on Mt.Lemon, hard to believe but true as mt lemon is at about 8000 feet and Tucson were the in laws live in the foot hills it's 2000 ft
