The perfect 110v distribution system!!!!

Well, while is am sitting in the Chattanooga,Tn Volvo dealership getting my tractor worked on,i went outside to stare and drool on the new V880 Volvo.It has the accessory i WILL be putting on my AV.Its called the Cab Power System.A intergrated 110v power distributing system the the sleeper portion of the tractor.Below are the pics of the tractor and the Cab Power system.And i cant believe the size if the power inverter!The bottom pic shows the relative size of the inverter.the wallet is your typical walmart flip out type.

Right now I'm checking on the price for the entire system.Stay tuned!

yeah,just found out it was missing the inverter.the local parts guy here at the dealership said the entire necessary components of the system,minus one outlet would run around $400 without the power inverter.they got one on ebay for $659.95 for the entire system,with a 1800 watt cont. inverter,and with free shipping!Here's the link to the page on ebay.

that true,but some are just not going to be able to mod on there vehicles like the rest of us.like the lease purchasers.This system just gives them the option to have it installed a a local stereo shop at the cost of just mounting the inverter/outlet boxes and a simple plunging? in some wires to the boxes w.no chance really to mess it up.plus i think has ext cables for the outlet boxes to get them to the area you need.i know from experience that house hold wiring can be a little difficult.especially if you cross just one wire...

I have a 400W inverter in my truck... inverter was 40 bucks the "gameport" was 20.

Volvo always makes cool trucks. They are expensive but worth every dime!

The Xanterx inverter with this kit is just a high quality buzzbox (for HD Trucks). I would suggest you look at the Xantrex ProSine unit instead (RV). Sine wave inverters are far cleaner power.

Volvo's are certainly nice but a Frightliner has better power and MPG.. Why?
