Is there any benefit to switching from the stock to a 180 or 160 degree Thermostat and would I have any problems getting heat when I travel into the mountains?

Also on this note, do you have to change to this lower thermostat when you program with the HTPP III to use premium
fuel? It seems like I read somewhere that it was a requirment with the premium tune??
