TRAVEL BAR

GUEST
Hi raybob here from st. Lou, has anyone figgured out how to mount a travel bar across the back seat since there isn't any hooks for one and it does't seem like there is enough meat in the roof line for mounting hooks ???
Thanks

First of all, welcome aboard and congratulations on purchasing the best ride on the road.

I knew there was something so I had to go outside and take a look for you.

Look at the grab rings near the rear side windows. On the outboard side of the ring near the glass, you'll see a small "finger" stiking up. this was intended as you clothes hanger. As far as mounting a clothes bar, I would venture to believe that since the grab rings are mounted to the pillars and not the doors, you could put some form of bar between these two rings supported by the two rings.

You shouldn't drink and drive, much less mix up a batch of margaritas in the back seat!

Sorry, old joke I guess... anyway the hooks are on the outside of the backseat grab handles between the window and the handles themselves.

This is the clothes bar style I have in my truck. I use it the way Jamie described, but I have a net attached to it that hooks under the seats to keep my dog in back. If you were brave I guess you could open the rear windows a little and hang it... :cautious: Just an idea.
