True Bi-xenon Headlights For The AV

I have been watching for some time now and I have seen a lot of people putting xenon bulbs in the OEM clusters, but are there aftermarket real bi-xenon headlight clusters available? Actually the perfect cluster would have the euro turn signals with the LED orange bulbs, so that the entire thing would be clear, with the bi-xenon headlights that have the lenses. This is what my S4 has and it looks awesome. Any part numbers?
