TSB ??'s

Does anybody have the text for the following TSB's:
01-01-39-004A - Add additional electric cooling fan to 6.0l trucks...(A/C Issue)
02-06-01-021 - Whistle from intake, replace intake manifold...('01 'vette)
I need ammo for my dealer...

ygmn, no I don't have a 6l but I have warm air at idle (I'm in FL). 2 dealers say everything is Ok...

My Av isn't a 'vette either but the intake manifold/throttle body whistles like crazy.

Just trying to help my dealer do something.

I searched for a while yesterday for the #'s you posted, but only found the titles, not the full descriptions. Those are tough ones to find

I am in New Orleans area and man it is hot an humid and mine has never blown warm air...

I do remember some threads about low freon systems and others with trash in the freon that ruined compressors...........

I cannot think the Fan is required......gotta be something else
