Tube bumpers (with winch)

Does anyone make one for the AV?

I would like to see something a little lighter, with a great approach angle, and that holds a winch. Anyone see or have something like this?

One other huge improvement is getting the fogs out of the danger area!

That would look really good on an AV .
I know that SOR had a design for that originally last year, it sorta looked like a pre-runner, but it was lighter than the SOR bumpers. You could give them a call and ask about it.

I also have been looking for one for over a year. Can't find anything except the bumpers at Stealth. If you find anything, please let me know. I'm looking to put one on my Av also...

I know I say one in one of the off-road magazines. Not sure if it was a custom fabrication piece, but I am pretty sure there are companies that make them for the AV. They are pretty similar to pre-runner bumpers, you could do a search for them to see what you come up with .

Really, there's too much...stuff...hanging down below the fascia/grill on an AV to do much about the approach angle, unless the winch was mounted up above the bumper like on the jeep in the picture. that would look...interesting.

Well, we can fab them, one at a time, for cladded AV's. Figure that they will cost roughly $1450 apiece, and that would include a pre-runner style guard and coating.

BigRed fabricated them himself. He sells them to Club members in the "Accessories Thread" in the Bumpers/Brushguards section, Topic title was "Prerunners". Sorry I can't provide a link.
