I've tried to compress this as much as reasonably possible while not making it nothing but a garbled mess, but it is still close to 6MB for a 1 minute 41 second video clip of Yak making a speech prior to the door prize drawings. For those who have not met Yak in person, I'm sure you will find this clip of interest.
