Ok, if you go to the Warranty Gold site you notice it says:
Warranty Gold Ltd. is a Texas company governed by the laws of the state of Texas and rules promulgated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

Ok, go to the TDLR website here: http://www.license.state.tx.us/ and look for "Report Violations Online". Check the "Vehicle Protection Providers", follow the directions and make a report.

My guess being a Texas company, sales to Texas residents or sales in Texas will take priority but I am sure all will get investigated.

You might not get your cash out but you sure can give them H*ll and hopefully get their license revoked.

BTW I called the GM Mastercard help number worked through the telephone tree and reached the "Charge Dispute Resolution Department".

Since I paid in full (lump sum) for the Warranty Gold policy they are going to take on the case. >:D

Also, they a "partner" of MasterCard. Too many claims, reversed charges, and complaints causes problems for Warranty Gold. To many of these mean higher fees or revocation of their right to take MasterCard. (And probably the others.)

I have to mail off a lot of supporting documentation but there looks like a good chance something positive will happen.
