Earlier this week it was bright, it was sunny, it was beautiful so I drove with the back window out. I had to grab something out of the back, and with back seats down it was easier to open the midgate than to crawl in the bed, so I did - and closed it shut.
Later I put the back window in and went on with life...
...until...
Time to take the Avalanche munchkins for ice cream yesterday and what do I discover? I closed the seatbelt right where the window bar latches into the body and couldn't retract it out. I had to take the two-year old out of the car seat, take out the car seat, drop the rear seats (both sides), take out the window, open the midgate, pull out the seat belt, close the midgate, put back the window, put back the seats, put back the car seat, convince the two-year old now happily playing in the driver's seat that the car seat was a much better place, and get going.
Ugh...and she didn't even eat her ice cream.
