Hi all,
I know, it's another bed leak thread.
Ive done a lot of reading, but I never came across one where water was pooling in the middle of the bed mat.
The water cant even make it to the drains.
That said, all the drains are clean as I literally sprayed out the bed and cleaned all the seals just a couple days ago.

I do see how the water is getting in; the seal, or lack thereof between the tailgate and the 3rd cover.
I adjusted the tailgate pins, but then either one or both latches would no longer work. Moved them all different positions, but only the original spot would work.
I spayed some RV seal conditioner on the seal and then closed it to see where it would contact.
It was low, im assuming because how much the panel is warped.
For now I have a piece of wood in hopes that it will help.

Appreciate any advice

Hundreds of threads here on adjusting PANELS to fix seal fitment and/or removing seals and stuffing Dum DUM (old school windshield black sticky sealant like sticky black clay) or other type of pliable sticky sealant behind to push them out.

Many threads on the rear hard cover bowed down too... as soemtimes an optical illusion due to crown of tailgate.
so peeps suggest checking with straight edge.
