I know they are not guaranteed to be, but someone posted they had theirs 'adjusted' and there are no more leaks. I would love to do this, but don't see any way to adjust the panels. Anyone done this? Any ideas on how to water proof the cargo area would be great. Thanks!

I haven't had the need, but the latches hook into a piece in the rails that can be moved. I think a TSB described the procedure.

I had a water leak into the cargo area because there was a gap between panel #1 and the midgate. Took it to the dealer and it was adjusted so there is no more leaks. You can check for tightness by lying down in the cargo area with it closed and have someone run a light or flashlight along the seams and hopefully you won't see any light. If you do, water will also leak in.

Should be the lcips in the truck that the latches clip too.

I am fortunate no leaks from the panels or heck anywhere.
