weathertech window vents install question?

Just picked up some used window vents and stuck.

I install the fronts fine but I can't figure out the back. I'm not sure how the black clips fit into place.

Would someone kindly explain it or maybe snap a picture for me?

you just have to pull the molding out a little and slip them in there

here's how they look installed

on the front clip measure up from the top of the plastic weatherstrip 17 5/16" and center the prong there. on the rear clip the instructions say go up 15 1/2"...  I just measured mine and the are more like 15 3/8"
this is on a 02, but i believe they are the same
