Weird Sound Coming from rear

Hello,
I have a 2003 2500 Series. I love the truck. When I put a load on it (above 1000 lbs), I am getting a squeek from the rear. It is a rotation squeek (not sure if wheels or drive shaft). Only happens if there is a load on the truck. COuld it be the U joints? Any suggestions would be great...

I would check the brakes, but I think it may be a axle bearing. Might want to see if one is leaking
 
I took my 1500 avy in for a squeak, only in reverse tho.  They found my park brakes cutting into the rotor, so check them.  However, the squeak came back and they found my rear u-joint worn.  Replaced it, and my squeak is gone.
