What is CKT150?

Hi all, I'm troubleshooting "Service 4WD" message with code C0308. I went through all the steps described in the DTC C0308 Motor A/B Circuit Low troubleshooting doc. but every resistance values are in specs and I haven't found any shorts to ground. Thus, I'd like to check the so-called CKT150 which is used for grounding the motor A and B circuits. Unfortunately the document doesn't provide information on this circuit and google wasn't much of help too. I checked local forum's Ground Locations (2003) thread but the attached images seem to be lost.

Anybody can tell what is the CKT 150 or have a diagram?
