Gas milage - how to get better?

Hello, newbie here,,I would love to get better gas milage,,i average around 12,,,, given this is a4 wheel drove,, only has 123000 miles,, any ideas, thanks Jeff

The only advice I can give you is to buy something smaller, lol, I've been trying to get more than 12 mpg on mine for years now, the only thing that raises my mileage is the fuel I use, I recently have been using E-15 gas, I get it from a store called Casey's and it makes my Avy run great, I don't have to put my foot on the floor to get it to go and I'm getting about 4 more mpg than I was getting with regular gas, it's minimum 88 octane and I love it, I'll never put regular gas in my Avy again and it is a clean burning fuel too, my truck idles better and has a lot more power than when I used regular gas so there for I'm getting about 15 to 17 miles a gallon and I have never gotten anywhere close to that since I bought it.
