How's it going? Just joined up today! I recently traded my 2008 Avalanche LTZ in for a 2013 Black on Black Black Diamond LT. Love it! I came here from time to time to read the forums and figured since I definitely will have my 2013 for awhile that I would join in! From Davenport. Is there ever any get togethers around here?

Looks like we need more communication or I don't know where to look. We have hosted several Antique car runs here and would entertain an Avalanche group.
Northeast Iowa is a great place to drive and look at stuff.
Any interest?
Also anybody live around Decorah with Avalanches?

Will be looking for some driving activities in Midwest to go to. Tried to buy subscription to this site and got message wasn't working. I'd be open to hosting a drive to my area of the woods some weekend. We've had tours for cars from 1903-1909 Early Ford Registry - Early Chevy National Club and MG-TD's here. Lots of stuff to see and do. If anybody is interested, please email me direct because I don't check here as often as I should. Perhaps with new vehicle I'll do it more. Hated to see the 2004 go but cost of repairing rust was just too much. 288,000 fantastic miles.

Just got back from Des Moines Concours D'elegance Sunday Sept 11th 2020. Lots of nice cars. Great Pizza at Truman's. Didn't see any Ava'z. See a few up here in Decorah. I'm getting about 15mpg in town/suburb driving. My 4 cylinder lockout works great. Love my 2013 Black Diamond.
