Zero to 60mph in 3 seconds... That's supercar territory...

No mention of a mid-gate. 👎

Exactly. If I had cash to blow for a toy, sure, but no mid-gate, no sale!

And at the insane price point, I'd rather go buy a 2006 Hummer H1 Alpha.

If they were selling riverboats today for a nickel apiece, all I could do would be run up and down the bank hollering "Ain't that cheap!"

Pretty truck, though.

it has a slight avalanche side profile, wonder why they didn't include a mid gate. with a power rear window, the glass would always be protected. its cool, but not $115,000 cool. lol

I'd go Rivian if I was insistent on electric, or Tesla if I wanted an electric car.

this they said 300 for the base and 350 miles for the 3 motor version. 100 miles with a 10 minute charge. The "unstuck" feature is just button you press to get 6" lift

For the same amount of coin I go with the Bollinger. It has a mid-gate as well as a pass through to the frunk which makes it even more versatile than the Avalanche. That being said, I don't have that kind of coin for either of them so I'll just watch from the sidelines.

Now if my lottery numbers come through, I'll be all over the Bollinger, after I recover from the ensuing heart attach. >:D

There's a lot to like about that new Hummer EV, though I am disappointed to see no midgate. Maybe this tech will trickle down to a new Avalanche in the future with a midgate and price that is reasonable. Not holding my breath though.

Seems like a nice truck, but if you were in the desert on a 3 day trail, how would you charge it?, it would be nice if they had a solar system that would charge the batteries constantly while driving. Hmm, makes me kinda wonder, I'm going to have to look into this project. lol

I bet you could pick up a solar charger at Harbor Freight for it.

It looks cool, reminds me of the original Avalanche concept (which is still awesome) with a T-top throwback to the '80s.
