We are continuing upon the success that we had in Bowling Green this year.  We would love to have you come down Flint.

Wife won't come along but she'll let me go and prefers I take a pal to share driving 11 hours. Count me in +1, without the wife accomodations don't matter. I can sleep in my AV-tent and put my friend on the roofrack.  >:D

I'll figure something out, getting off work is sticky the day before a 2 week shutdown because so many will ask. I'll ask but tell them NO isn't an option, usually works.
 
woohoo, and it hasn't even been annouced yet, hehe. When is the first scouting trip. If it's a weekend, I can home base out of either TN, Huntsville, or Decatur and help out. Let me know.
 
Does Huntsville even have a BOWLING alley ?  ;D
 
WOW  :eek:  This thing is growing like a weed  :D and it's still 6 months off!

I see a lot of names of people that I'm looking forward to seeing again and a couple that I haven't met yet. :D

 
Farthest south I've been in years is Indiana ! I'll need sunscreen in May for sure.

I haven't been to 'Bama since 1983, I might need a translater.  :D

Is that a "put me on the list"?

Plus, I've already talked with Flint at Niagara I, so I know he understands me.

I spent 15 months on Ft Benning GA, then in Germany my best friends, room mates & coworkers were mostly from the south. I developed an odd midwestern drawl that defies description.

Down in Mississippi once my friend asked directions and said the place we were looking for was "Behind the Motor INN" so I had to go ask the guy again. He looked perturbed and said, " raht oer thar yon the mata inn"

Translation: Right over there beyond the Ramada Inn

I never noticed it until after a few beers and I just attributed it to them.? :laugh:

Those beers were effecting your ears. I've been back in Michigan for almost 21 years so I lost any southern flavor to my speech habits a while back.  :D
