Sounds good when, and where can I book my room :D

Have not read the whole posting but are any US Av. going to go into Can. you better check with your Insurance Company as to coverage in Can.
I just receved my new ins. bill and while reading through it a statement caught my eye to sum it up you have to notifie you insurance co. that you will be entering into Can. as Can. requires a paper that you will be covered in CAN.

ATTENTION, The Comfort and Quality Inns have been selected as the primary location for the Spring US/CAN GTG. Just spoke to both hotels and they have the above deals at both hotels with a 2 Room Family Suite for $289.00 CDN$ tax in. Total of 3 queen beds in 2 rooms with 2 TV's sharing 1 bathroom. Both hotels suites are virtually the same. I was also told that with Quality Inn breakfast is only for 2 people and at Comfort Inn kids would eat free (deluxe continental breakfast). Quality inn has both indoor and outdoor pools (earlier June in Canada ???) Comfort only has a indoor pool. Comfort Inn's rooms were renovated more recently then Quality

Just my $0.02 CDN ($.0.015 US)

I am all set also.

Just called and made my reservations at Quality INN. ;D

I can't wait till june now, :cautious: getting too excited.

I think this is going to be great.

Well, I have booked a 2 room jacizzi suite at the Comfort Inn for the 4th ;D ;D ;D.
I am registered under "Dragon Slayer" >:D >:D >:D

Can't wait, for June.

I spoke with Vanesa (she runs both hotels) and recommends the C.I)
she also advised that rooms are going FAST!!!
She does actually have a few more King Jacuzzi suites ( I think she mentioned 5 more more left betwenn the 2 hotels)

G.

Booked a 2 room Family suite at the Comfort Inn. $231 for the two nights.

Vanesa said so far that it is 50/50 club booking between the two Inns.

I went with the Comfort Inn because it includes the breakfast for all 4 of us where the Quality Inn only includes breakfast for 2.

Got my Room!!!!Just missed out on the QI.The girl told me the reason she was pushing the quality in first as peoples vehicals are closer to there rooms...... but if you get a Jacquizi room at CI you can still see your baby from your room!!!.. This is shaping up to be a wonderful event .... I can not believe the response.

Nats

I got our room booked at the Comfort Inn Clifton Hill....
I've booked a room in the Quality Inn as well. Will decide later which one to cancel....
Now just have to wait :6: until June comes around!

I just booked at the Quality Inn. The woman that I spoke with said that if you get the 2 queen beds then thats a drive up room, your Av will be right outside your door.

-Mark

Well we book our room (2 room family suite) at the Comfort Inn last week there will be 2 adults and 2 kids (3 and 5). This is turning into quite an event. I?m just curious in the past with other GTG?s what was the most Avalanche?s that turned out in one place at one time.

just book at the Quality Inn a two bedroom (two double, one Queen) $223.00 it offers indoor and outdoor pools and your av parked right in front of your room 4 full breakfast that you can use at once or two one day and two the next and a $25. meal slip. This is going to be the a great GTG lets keep talking it up. :B: :B:MUNDSZ71 :B: :B:

I think the Central IN Modding GTG had 45 ;D

Not 100% sure but I think that was the number, but so far there is over 40 people attending this gtg for sure, and don't know how many maybes, so we are right on track to breaking the record with no problems.

Come on everybody!!!! We can make this the greates GTG yet.

Is anyone from the NE chapter staying a third night?

I was just thinking that Sunday is going to be a long drive home, especially if we plan to do anything on Sunday as a group. I think we are going to stay a third night and head out first thing Monday morning.

Hi Cheryl,

I do believe that we are going stay Sunday also. Makes sense. It is about a 8 hr drive and any activity on Sunday would mean a late start and a real late arrival back home.

The wife and I did talk about staying Sunday night but when I booked the room I only booked 2 nights. I'll talk to her tonight and see what she wants to do. If we do leave on Sunday we are going to be leaving early in the A.M.
