We are still trying to firm up plans so we can attend! After all it is in Region III........If we can make it the Black Hills Central Railroad - The 1880 Train, Wall Drug Store, Flying T Chuckwagon Supper and Show and the cruise to Sturgis
One Eyed Jack?s Saloon are all a must see for us! We have visited the area before, there is a lot to do and see up there!

I get my vacation approval this week (I hope), I might arrive Wed noon. Mount Rushmore & Chief Crazy Horse are a must, I'll have to go to both either Thur or Friday. 

 
You are right, those are both must see attractions when in the area.

Later arrivals SIGN-IN ?  what about those of us that registered and can't get there SAT/SUN ? I'm probably camping, can you post convenient times someone will be there for sign-in ? I plan to spend my time outdoors.

That's my concern, how/when/where do I catch up to sign-in ? 

I don't want to wait around a hotel I'm not staying at while everyone is off on a cruise somewhere. I'd prefer to spend my time at the campgrounds ot outdoors seeing the country.
 
I would suggest getting Todd or Nicks cell phone number and keep in contact with them on your trip out, as you get closer it should be easier to predict your time of arrival and arrangements can be made so you can hook up with everyone
 
Like Mark mentioned, as you get closer and know your arrival time, give us a call and we can let you know our exact location. The schedule has all of the attractions we will be visiting each day. We should be able to hook up pretty easy.

Schedules change, I don't & won't own a cell phone unless you count OnStar*, I rarely use it so forget I have a phone available in my truck. What was I thinking ? I only need to get within FRS radio range and on the right channel.
