I bought some neck lanyards and am making name tags for this event. If you will please reply with you name, your Avalanche color and the city & state that you are from I will get your made and include it in the package that I am putting together. If your spouse or any other adult is coming with you include their information and they will get one also, no kids though, they could be a hazard for kids.

The package that I am putting together and will pass out at this event will include a welcome letter, a schedule of events, maps and addresses, a tag to place on your dash that will let members know that it is your Avalanche and the name tags. If I can find any interesting discount coupons they will be included.

On the back of the card your title will be HISTORICAL PHOTGRAPHER  (y)  For those that don't know GBT has a GREAT Scrapbook collection of all of the GTG's that they have attended, I am sure they will be with him so ask him if you can take a look.
 
Here is the information for the cruise in Friday night. I will lead the way from the hotel and for those arriving later that are coming to meet up this is the main intersection and the address! We will plan on leaving the hotel at 7pm!

Hardee's SW 9th and ArmyPost Rd and the actual address is 6304 SW 9th St.
For those that do not know Hardees is a fast food resturant so ya know what you are looking for lol!
 
I am going to open this up to people that are going to be in Des Moines first so I will not have to mess with shipping! I have a brand new chrome gas tank cover that did not look like I thought it was going to with my Harley emblems that Iw ould like to get rid of for 25$ let me know if you would like to pick it up at the GTG!

I know this is a for sale item and there is a section for that however I would like to first try and get rid of it without having to ship it!

We should be arriving at the hotel about 6pm CDT on Friday.

NOTICE:

TODAY July the 11th is the last day that you can reserve your room at the Clive Days Inn and save up to $35 per night! Our group rate is $54 for your choice of a King bed room or a two bed room. If you are thinking about attending this WWAGTG I would suggest making your reservation, you can cancle your reservation if you cannot make it.

There was some confusion with a couple of members when they tried to reserve their rooms. When you call please tell them that you are using the discount group CAFCNA for July the 22nd. After they find that code you can then reserve only the nights that you will be there.
