New Members Say Hello & Post Here First

Greetings everyone! I’m not new here but I am new here. I first joined many moons ago when I bought my 2002 Z71 20 years ago. I lost access to my old account on here due to not using it for a long time. I loved my Avalanche so much that yesterday I purchased a 2013 Black Diamond fully loaded LT. It’s a a black one. I’m super excited.
 
New to the site...My avalanche is a 2008 Orange LTZ and is 192,000 miles young. Haven't had too many problems other than normal wear and tear until recently. I posted about her problems I'm having currently (which is a pretty lengthy post) and so far no response. Any and all help is appreciated in resolving what may be ailing her. Thanks in advance, love my Avy just don't like her feeling ill! :)

New here...I sold my 04 RAM 2500 4door 8' bed 6 speed in January 22 and bought my 02 Avalanche 2500 190K miles to replace it and not sorry I did. Lots of miles but everything I read about the 8.1 said that it was not a problem. I like the interior, automatic, mid-gate, 8.1 power and the way it handles. I use the midgate a lot because I fly model airplanes and haul them around. I also love the bed panels, step located on bumper corner and grab handle on bed rail. All my safety stuff is located in side boxes instead of taking up cargo space in bed. I enjoy reading words of wisdom from many of the experts here. Thank you so much for everything.
 
Hi Gang, hope this post is in proper format. Bought a 2012 LT with 150K on it, one owner. He was older ( but not older than me) and had Altzheimers. He was watching as we warmed it up and his wife took him back inside before we drove it away so he didn't see it go. It's red. When I say red I mean RED! It has a surface scratch on the passenger door and a smaller one on the passenger rear bed side and a very small dent about size of a dollar coin below the tailgate. I ordered touch up paint but while waiting I found some Rust-oleum red that matched perfectly so I filled in the scratches. It's a perfect 20 footer.
It was running a little rough occasionally and when I was in D.C. at a fishing tournament it was totally dead when my partner went to get the trailer. I walked up to it and sudddenly everything worked but when I hit some bumps on the way home every red light and the door locks cycled and the motor quit and restarted. Anyhow the main 175 Amp fuse nuts were so loose I could take them off with my fingers.
Runs much better now. I was looking for an Avalanche and finally settled on this one. Did I mention that it's red?
 
Hello Everyone,
I guess the only thing better then having an Avalanche is having 2, as I just purchased a 2013 Black Diamond edition. So for about a month I will have 2 and then I will look to be selling my first, do we have a page for that, is it allowed here? The last thing I want to do is violate any rules.
I want to post a photo of my new baby but can't seem to get that to work, I'll try again later, in the meanwhile thanks for accepting me.
